Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment in order to check you in. If a child is consulting we will also get their weight prior to the appointment. Late arrivals will need to be rescheduled in order to provide quality consultations and to respect other patients’ appointments.

You will be offered a 30 minute appointment for one to two people or 60 minutes for three or more patients going on the same trip.

We recommend you wait 15 minutes after your vaccines prior to leaving the clinic in case you react to the vaccine. It is rare to experience allergic reactions to the vaccines.

Vaccines are given the day of your consultation and booster doses will be scheduled. Some vaccines will need multiple doses to achieve adequate short term or long term protection so it is best to book your travel consult at least 1 month in advance.

Please bring any vaccine records on the day of your appointment. This valuable information will allow us to provide you with the correct vaccination schedule and avoid any unnecessary doses.

Please complete your Travel Medicine Intake Form. An updated list of medications is also recommended.
